Job summary

Webcor in San Francisco, CA is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead field operations, promote safety, plan sequencing, and coordinate subcontractors to meet schedule and budget targets. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, OSHA 30, and 4 years of field experience are typically required. Bi-lingual abilities are a plus; CPR/First Aid training is provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety and site cleanliness on the job site.
• Plans, coordinates, and sequences work for assigned project(s).
• Procurement of materials and supervision of subcontractors and vendors.
• Interfaces with clients, inspectors, project management and design teams.
• Maintains daily logs and writes complete daily reports.
• Assists in schedule changes and scope changes.
• Monitors QA/QC and completes Webcor Punch List items.
• Provides mentoring to junior staff and supports LDR reviews.
