Responsibilities

• Promotes safety and site cleanliness and enforces Webcor’s safety policy.
• Oversees day-to-day field operations including planning, sequencing, procurement, and supervision of subcontractors.
• Leads and mentors junior staff; maintains daily logs; coordinates with clients, inspectors, and design teams.
• Manages changes in schedule and scope; tracks QA/QC and punch list execution.
