Job summary

Webcor Construction, LP seeks an Assistant Superintendent to promote site safety and manage day-to-day field operations on the assigned project(s). You will plan, coordinate, sequence work, procure materials, and supervise subcontractors and vendors to meet schedule and budget while upholding Webcor’s quality standards.

You will mentor junior staff, provide timely feedback, and interface with clients, inspectors, and design teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required; CPR and First Aid training preferred.
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote site safety and enforce Webcor safety policies.
• Plan, coordinate, and sequence work on the project(s).
• Procure materials and supervise subcontractors and vendors to meet schedule and budget.
• Interface with clients, vendors, inspectors, project management, and design teams.
• Maintain detailed daily logs and ensure QA/QC program is followed.
• Assist in handling changes in schedule and scope.
