Job summary

Webcor is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead safety and day-to-day field operations on major projects in San Francisco. You will plan and sequence work, procure materials, and supervise subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding Webcor’s quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management or related field.
• OSHA 30 certification required; CPR/First Aid training preferred or provided by Webcor.

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure site safety and enforce Webcor safety policies.
• Plan, coordinate, and sequence field work; procure materials and supervise subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Maintain daily logs, manage subcontractor schedules, and report progress to owners and project team.
• Develop and manage project budgets, change orders, and forecasts; ensure alignment with client requirements.
