Job summary

Webcor Construction, LP seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on our San Francisco projects. You will plan, coordinate, and sequence work, manage material procurement, and supervise subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget while upholding Webcor’s quality standards.

You will enforce safety policies, mentor team members, maintain monthly schedules, manage changes in scope, and coordinate with clients, inspectors, and design teams to drive successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically, eight years of increasingly responsible construction experience, including at least two years as a foreman or four years as an assistant superintendent.
• OSHA 30 certification required (or equivalent from safety boards such as STSC/CHST).
• CPR and First Aid/CPR/AED training required.
• If not certified, Webcor provides training.
• Self-perform experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure site safety and enforce Webcor policies.
• Plan, coordinate, and sequence work; procure materials; supervise subs and vendors.
• Maintain schedule and budget, ensure quality standards are met.
• Interface with clients, vendors, inspectors, subcontractors, PM and design teams.
• Lead, develop, and mentor team; provide timely feedback.
• Submit comprehensive monthly schedules and manage scope changes.
• Oversee QA/QC, punch list, logs, and safety compliance.
• Understand subcontracts and crane/hoisting requirements; manage logistics.
