Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group is delivering high‑stakes projects across data centers, industrial facilities, and manufacturing sites. The Superintendent 1 will plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects, focusing on safety, schedule, and quality to ensure timely, profitable completion.

You will lead field teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and partner with project management to align costs and resources while maintaining JE Dunn's standards and values on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years construction experience.
• 1+ years field supervision experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture on the project site and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans and coordinates progress against the schedule.
• Oversees material and equipment management for the project.
• Commands project meetings and maintains documentation.
