Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent for Advanced Facilities projects nationwide. You will plan, manage and execute highly complex construction programs, lead field teams, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will travel to assigned projects, coordinate with owners and design teams, manage subcontractors, and drive scheduling and budget control while upholding JE Dunn’s culture of collaboration and inclusion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to maintain an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and organize the overall job and workflow.
• Develop work plans and schedules with the Project Manager.
• Oversee budgets, costs, and project reports using cost reports.
• Coordinate site logistics and material equipment needs.
• Lead project meetings and manage progress reporting.
