Job summary

JE Dunn Construction, through its Advanced Facilities Group, is seeking a Senior Superintendent to plan, manage and execute complex industrial projects nationwide. This role leads safety culture, coordinates subcontractors, and directs self-perform work with a focus on timely, profitable completion and adherence to JE Dunn's values.

The position requires strong leadership, scheduling and cost control, with travel to assigned projects across the country.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 10+ years construction experience; 8+ years field supervision.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develop work plans and oversee project scheduling.
• Coordinate site logistics and materials management.
• Participate in project meetings and updates.
