Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent to plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned construction projects. The role focuses on material and equipment management, people coordination, and timely, profitable delivery in line with JE Dunn’s values.

As part of the Advanced Facilities group, you will oversee safety, subcontractors, and field staff on Industrial, Data Center, and Manufacturing projects, with daily standups, meetings, and close collaboration with owners and design

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction experience.
• 1+ years field supervision experience.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours and adapt to project needs.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and conducts incident investigations.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, and QA/QC for the project.
• Develops and manages work plans and schedules.
• Coordinates meetings and progress reporting with owners and design teams.
• Supports project closeout and documentation processes.
