Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 3+ years construction experience and 1+ years field supervision.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, and QA/QC programs.
• Develops work plans for self-performed and subcontractor tasks.
• Coordinates site care, custody and control.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
• Creates and manages project schedule with Project Manager.
• Monitors budget and cost reporting; tracks changes.
• Communicates project information to stakeholders.
• Supports project closeouts and handoffs.
