Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 1 to help plan, manage and execute assigned projects. You will oversee material/equipment, support people management, and ensure documentation and project goals are met for timely, profitable completion.

As part of the Advanced Facilities Group, you’ll lead safety initiatives, coordinate with subcontractors and owners, and drive project plans and schedules while maintaining JE Dunn’s standards across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in construction management/engineering preferred.
• 3+ years construction experience; 1+ years field supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction management processes and Lean methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care and control of materials/equipment.
• Leads meetings and manages project schedules and budgets.
