Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 for the Advanced Facilities Group to plan, manage and execute on assigned projects with complexity. This role oversees safety culture, subcontractors, staff, and key programs, while coordinating site activities, schedules and budgets.

You will participate in standups, trade meetings and OAC sessions, ensuring timely and profitable project completion in line with JE Dunn's values.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors others to maintain an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and the overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs such as Safety, Quality and EEO.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages care, custody and control of the project site.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
• Attends and participates in progress and/or project OAC meetings.
• Creates and updates the project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Monitors project budget and costs using the project management system.
