Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 for its Advanced Facilities Group to plan, manage and execute complex projects on large industrial and data center sites. You will oversee material, equipment, staff, safety, and documentation to meet target finish dates and budgets.

You will lead meetings, coordinate with owners and design teams, and ensure quality and compliance using JE Dunn processes and tools. A strong background in construction management is essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate ability to manage complex projects with safety, quality and schedule in mind.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required for meetings with owners and teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant construction software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment on site.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and overall job workflow.
• Develop work plans, coordinate site activities, and manage schedules.
• Monitor budgets, costs and change orders with project controls.
• Prepare and present progress reports and maintain project documentation.
