Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 1 for its Advanced Facilities Group. You will plan, manage, and execute all aspects of assigned projects, including material and equipment, people management, and documentation to achieve timely, profitable completion.

The role requires leading safety initiatives, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring QA/QC, with opportunities for career progression to Superintendent 2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 3+ years construction experience.
• 1+ years field supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall workflow of the job.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and program compliance (Safety, QA/QC, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care and control.
