Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a seasoned Superintendent 1 to plan, manage and execute assigned projects. You will oversee material and equipment, mentor staff, and ensure documentation and scheduling align with project goals for timely, profitable completion.

In this role you lead safety, manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities, and drive progress through regular meetings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years construction experience and 1+ years field supervision.
• Proven ability to lead safety, schedule, cost and quality on projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC programs.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Creates and updates project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Attends progress meetings and tracks project changes.
