Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as the principal liaison between employees and the Client.
• Supervises and delegates to the team to ensure productivity and client service.
• Identifies opportunities to increase operational efficiency and service scope.
• Explains products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client.
• Recruits and interviews candidates for onsite positions.
• Hires, trains, supervises, evaluates and develops all site personnel.
• Schedules staff to meet performance standards and contracted hours.
• Assists with productivity tracking and monthly reporting to leadership and client.
