Responsibilities

• Ensure world-class customer service while building continuity within teams at each location.
• Oversee daily operations to deliver contracted services.
• Provide training, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain equipment and order supplies to meet contract specs.
• Maintain relationships with clients to meet scope of work guidelines.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections and address issues promptly.
• Ensure operations stay within budget for each contract.
• Coordinate staffing needs with reports and recruiters.
• Sustain staff turnover within company expectations.
• Ensure staff are trained on company policies and safety standards.
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and training staff.
• Attend meetings for business updates and opportunities.
