Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure delivery of contracted services.
• Provide training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain relationships with clients to meet scope of work guidelines.
• Ensure operations stay within budget for each contract.
• Coordinate staffing needs with recruiters and manage turnover.
• Ensure staff are trained on all policies and safety standards.
• Identify continuous improvements and adopt digital tools.
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and training staff.
