Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at a client office in Minneapolis. You will supervise staff, ensure exceptional client service, and manage administrative tasks including hospitality, facilities and reception support.

You will recruit, train, and develop site personnel, schedule coverage to meet performance standards, track productivity, and prepare monthly reports for leadership and the client.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a client‑service setting.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead a team and manage performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Opensity, employees, and client.
• Supervise and delegate to site team to meet productivity and service goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop site personnel.
• Schedule staff to cover hours and manage overtime.
• Assist with tracking productivity and monthly client reports.
