Job summary

Opensity Solutions seeks a Site Manager to oversee daily on-site operations at a client location in Boston. You will supervise staff, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery of mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities services. You will recruit, train, schedule, and coach employees to meet service standards.

A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Site Management & Client Relationship: liaison between Opensity and client, ensure service delivery and staffing.
• Team Leadership & Supervision: supervise on-site staff, recruit, hire, train, and develop employees.
• Operational Service Delivery: oversee mail, copy, print, scan, reception, hospitality, and facilities support.
• Reporting & Process Improvement: track metrics, prepare monthly leadership/client reports, improve workflows.
• Compliance & Administration: ensure policy compliance, safety procedures, and documentation.
• Service Delivery Oversight: maintain service standards and client expectations across site operations.
