Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an OnSite Supervisor to support the Onsite Manager and ensure seamless site operations at client locations. The role focuses on day-to-day delivery, data integrity, and ensuring safety and compliance across payroll, attendance, and reporting.

The successful candidate will lead talent engagement, monitor performance, and collaborate with the OnSite Manager, clients, and leadership to continuously improve service delivery and site safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in staffing, human resources, or a client-facing operational role.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in staffing, human resources, or service delivery.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical: Digital Literacy: desktop MS Suite, SharePoint, Outlook, Workforce Management Systems

Responsibilities

• Operational Support & Service Delivery: input time/attendance data, payroll, client invoicing, ensure contract compliance.
• Talent Engagement & Management: check-ins with hires, monitor performance, support onboarding and safety.
• Client & Team Collaboration: regular updates with OnSite/Client Ops Manager and client; coordinate team tasks.
• Administrative Excellence & Compliance: finalize safety reports, correct time clocks, run SOPs and audits.
