You will lead by example in a professional environment, coordinating with the Operations Manager and client contact to deliver reliable service and monthly performance reports. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; higher degrees preferred but not required.
• Experience supervising in a client-service or professional office environment.
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and move packages up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the principal liaison between Opensity and client staff.
• Supervises and delegates tasks to the site team to meet productivity goals.
• Identifies efficiency improvements and proposes service enhancements to client contact.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and develops site personnel.
• Schedules staff to ensure coverage and adherence to contracted hours.
