Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Officers and Lead Officers across client sites.

You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed, while coordinating with management for coverage and high-quality service. You will coach staff, conduct performance discussions, train personnel on post orders, and support payroll and personnel data submissions.

Qualifications

• Candidate must supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and staff across client sites, ensuring post orders and rounds are followed.
• Experience coaching, disciplining, and documenting performance actions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security personnel and ensure compliance with post orders.
• Coach and discipline staff; document actions and consult management as needed.
• Train officers, review assignments, and verify payroll data.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions with management.
• Prepare and submit reports; liaise with client representatives for service quality.
• Interview and hire recommendations; orient and train new staff as assigned.
• May perform Security Officer duties per post orders and policy.
