The role ensures adherence to post orders, conducts rounds, and files required reports while maintaining strong customer service and client relations. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years related experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred
• Must hold and continue to meet applicable state/municipal security licenses

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and seek guidance as needed
• Train Security Officers; review post orders and assignments with team
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts; coordinate with management and client
• Prepare and file required reports; inspect posts and outline tasks to subordinates
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements and provide quality customer service
• Perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, orienting, training, planning, directing, coaching, and hiring recommendations
• May perform Security Officer duties in accord with post orders and policy
