Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed; coordinate with client and authorities in emergencies; and maintain coverage across posts.

The role includes coaching and disciplining staff, training personnel, reviewing assignments, and supporting payroll submissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent with related experience.
• 1 year experience in security or related field recommended; 2 years in retail preferred.
• Must be capable of following post orders, preparing reports, and coordinating with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and personnel at client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching actions.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions across sites.
• Meet with client representatives to confirm security requirements and service quality.
• Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, training, and performance appraisal.
