Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor with minimum one year of supervision and security experience to lead officers at client sites.

You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed while maintaining high customer service standards. You will coach and train personnel, assist with payroll and staffing coverage, and liaise with client representatives to assure security requirements are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2 years related experience.
• Supervisory experience and ability to coach and discipline staff.
• Knowledge of security operations, patrol, inspection and response services.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and site personnel; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach, discipline, and meet with employees; document actions and performance.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage and timely submission of reports.
• Meet client representatives to ensure security requirements and service quality.
