Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to manage Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites. You will ensure adherence to post orders, complete rounds, and file required reports, while coaching staff and supporting training initiatives.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, a background in security, and the ability to coordinate with management and clients to meet security standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years of related security experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to lead and train Security Officers and document actions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others at client sites; ensure post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel as needed; meet with employees and document actions.
• Train Officers and review post orders and assignment details with subordinates.
