Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Security Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites.

You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed, while maintaining high security standards and customer service. Responsibilities include coaching and disciplining staff, training officers, coordinating coverage, preparing reports, and meeting with client representatives to verify compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others on client sites; ensure post orders followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and communicate with management.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage across posts; manage reports and client communications.
• Meet with client representatives to verify security requirements and quality of service.
• Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, training, directing work, and staff development.
