Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Officers and Lead Officers at client sites, ensuring compliance with post orders, rounds, and reporting. You will coordinate with management to guarantee coverage and service quality.

You will coach, train, and discipline team members, participate in payroll submissions, and liaise with client representatives to uphold security standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting, training, coaching, and performance appraisals.
• Ability to manage post orders, rounds, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel assigned to client sites; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Officers and other personnel; reviews post orders and assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in conjunction with management.
