Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory Security Lead to oversee Security Officers and staff assigned to client site(s), ensuring post orders are followed, rounds completed, reports filed, and that client safety standards are maintained.

The role includes coaching and disciplining personnel, training staff, assisting with payroll data, ensuring adequate coverage, and meeting with client representatives to provide assurance of security compliance and high quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, and 2 years related experience.
• Equivalent education/experience as determined by the company.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and staff on client posts.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions.
• Train security personnel; review post orders.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Ensure adequate post coverage and scheduling.
• Prepare and file reports; inspect posts.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements.
• Perform supervisory duties including hiring termination recommendations.
• May perform Security Officer duties as needed.
