Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor to manage Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites, ensure post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and required reports are filed.

You will coach and discipline staff, train officers, assist with payroll submissions, ensure adequate coverage, prepare reports, and meet with client representatives to verify security requirements and deliver quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience required.
• Delaware State Guard Card strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensuring post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching actions and disciplinary measures.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignments with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Coordinate post coverage and staffing in collaboration with management.
• Prepare, file and submit required reports; inspect posts and outline duties.
• Meet with clients to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• Possibly perform Security Officer duties as needed.
