Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Officers and Lead Officers at client sites in the United States. The role involves supervising post orders, coordinating coverage, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with security procedures.

Responsibilities include training personnel, handling payroll submissions, preparing reports, and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED plus 2 years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Experience in retail preferred and knowledge of security operations is useful.
• Ability to coach, train and discipline personnel and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and others at client sites, ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees to document actions.
• Train officers and review post orders and assignment details.
• Assist with payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts; coordinate with management.
• Prepare, file and submit reports; inspect posts and outline tasks.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• Carry out supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting, training, planning, directing, coaching, and hiring recommendations.
