Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites and ensure post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; conduct meetings and document actions.
• Train Officers and review post orders and assignments with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission to the company.
