Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related experience.
• DCJS certification required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of security supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and others at client sites; ensure post orders followed and required reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and seek guidance as needed.
• Train Officers; review assignments and post orders with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare and submit various reports; inspect posts and outline tasks.
• Meet with client representatives to confirm security requirements and service quality.
• Perform supervisory duties, including hiring/termination recommendations.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
