Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and 1 year of security operations experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Manages a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites; supervises staff and field supervisors.
• Ensures post orders are followed, inspects posts, and coaches personnel to improve service quality.
• Maintains payroll records and collaborates with branch management on scheduling and staffing.
• Meets with clients and line management for status updates and to address issues.
• Coordinates orientation, training, and development of staff; handles disciplinary actions as needed.
• Executes tasks to ensure safe, ethical, and compliant operations and service delivery.
