• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers and others on client sites; ensure post orders and rounds are followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and seek guidance when needed.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignments with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission as designated.
