Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Virginia is seeking a Security Supervisor to manage Security Officers and Lead Officers across client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed, while coordinating with management in emergencies.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of related experience; retail experience is a plus. Strong coaching, training, and customer service skills are essential to maintain high security

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train security staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel at client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel and document actions.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and shifts.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
