• Minimum 2 years experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and lead staff at client sites; ensure post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching actions and keep records.
• Train officers and review assignments with subordinates; ensure adequate coverage of posts.
• Assist in payroll and personnel submissions as designated by management.
• Meet client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service.
• Interview, orient, train staff; plan, assign, and direct work; performance evaluation and disciplinary actions.
