Applicants should have prior supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong coaching, training, and customer service skills. Retail experience is preferred, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and leads; ensure post orders followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions.
• Train officers; review post orders with team.
• Coordinate scheduling and post coverage with management.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and quality service is delivered.
