Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of security operations and post orders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and site personnel.
• Coach and discipline staff; document actions and performance.
• Train Officers and review post orders and assignments.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Ensure coverage of all posts and maintain schedules.
• Prepare and file reports; inspect posts and brief subordinates.
• Meet client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• May perform supervisory duties such as interviewing and evaluating staff.
