Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor in Ohio to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, complete rounds, and file reports while coordinating with client and management.

The role requires 1 year of management experience and prior security experience; wage is $22.50 per hour plus benefits. A High School Diploma or GED and strong supervisory skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related security experience.
• Knowledge of security operations and post orders.
• Ability to supervise and train officers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions as needed.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Coordinate with management to ensure adequate post coverage.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as required.
