Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Site Supervisor in Illinois to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of on-site security services for a client’s site.

Pay rate is $20.25 per hour; requires 1+ years of law enforcement supervisory experience or 2+ years security supervisor/manager experience. Positions include benefits and ongoing paid training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry OR an associate degree or higher.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance to assure quality of service.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports review, and security surveys preparation.
• Recommend personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
