Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site security function for a client, including staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure contract compliance. The role requires a high school diploma, state-required training, and supervisory experience, with benefits after 60 days for full-time employees.

Starting wage is $21.50 per hour, with paid orientation and ongoing training. Responsibilities include ensuring training, staffing, and performance meet contract standards,

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess one or more of the following: military service, Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets, supervisory experience, or an Associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for all personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance for quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend positive/negative personnel actions for subordinates.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates on duties.
• Discipline/commendation decisions for security personnel.
• Make productivity and cost-reduction recommendations to management.
• Recommend changes to post orders as needed.
