Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations, staffing, and training for a client site in Illinois. You will ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards, while coordinating payroll, incident reporting, and post orders under site leadership.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, state licensing as applicable, and at least 1 year of supervisory security experience.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training or licensing where applicable.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed).
• Supervisory experience in security is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Monitor service quality and contract compliance through regular inspections.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and take disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to client requests and emergency notifications as required.
