Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass state-required training/licensing.
• Ability to pass a state licensing test if driving company/client vehicles.
• One or more of: military service, police cadet, supervisory security experience, or higher education.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations and staffing.
• Ensure training and screening elements are completed for personnel.
• Manage overtime to prescribed limits and maintain service quality.
• Inspect personnel performance and client satisfaction on shifts.
• Handle payroll support, incident reporting, and security post orders.
