Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations for a client site. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and training, ensuring contract compliance and high-quality service.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), the ability to pass required state trainings and licensing, and supervisory experience in security. The position offers an hourly rate of $25.46 and opportunity for growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• One year of verifiable supervisory experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all on-site security functions are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions; respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates.
• Contribute to productivity and cost-reduction actions.
