Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee uniformed security services at a client site. The role includes managing staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance to deliver high-quality security operations.

You will oversee payroll, incident reporting, and post orders, while mentoring staff and responding to client needs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with supervisory security experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in security preferred.
• Minimum 2 years security experience.
• Must be able to pass required licensing/training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site orders.
• Recommend productivity and cost-reduction measures.
