Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, and training for a client site. The role emphasizes contract compliance, quality of service, and effective supervision of personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, state licensing as required, and at least one year of supervisory security experience. IRS background checks are required, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state licensing tests where required.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Must pass IRS background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance.
• Perform payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those supervised.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies.
• Provide direction to subordinates in regard to duties.
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.
