Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass state licensing tests if driving a company vehicle or client vehicle.
• One or more of: military service, Auxiliary Police/Police Cadets, or 1+ year supervisory experience in security.
• Age 18+ (21+ if armed)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site: staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel.
• Ensure training and screening elements required by contract are met.
• Minimize overtime and ensure contract compliance through regular inspections.
• Provide direction to subordinates and make recommendations on personnel actions.
• Respond to client requests and provide emergency notifications as needed.
