Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services for a client site. The role emphasizes ensuring training compliance, staffing efficiency, and high service standards.

The Site Supervisor will manage scheduling, evaluate staff performance, handle disciplinary actions, and respond to client needs while maintaining contract compliance and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Minimum supervisory experience in security industry.
• Be 18+ years old (21+ if armed).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret data and write clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on-site, including staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure training and screening for personnel meet contract requirements.
• Monitor overtime and maintain cost controls.
• Inspect staff performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and communicate effectively.
• Contribute to post orders and security surveys.
